Every one of the 29 people kept yesterday for purportedly entering the Ulu Jelai Forest Reserve in Lipis wrongfully, including Selangor’s Teratai assemblyman Bryan Lai Wai Chong, were delivered on police bail early today.
Lipis region police boss Azli Mohd Noor said they were delivered at about 3am after their assertions were taken.
He said the police examination was directed because of the gathering’s cross-state travel without consent while their supposed section into the woods hold without a license was researched by the Pahang State Forestry Department.
